Contact Form 7 is one of the most popular contact form plugins for WordPress. I use it on almost all of my client’s websites. A client recently asked if I could somehow let him know which page of the website the form was submitted from. The contact form was on every page of the website, so they wanted a way to keep track of which page with the form was most successful. For anyone wondering, this can be done in one simple step. In the “Message Body” settings simply add:

Page sent from: [_url]

Example:

Now in the email you receive when the form is submitted you will see the page url.
