New Poll – How do YOU write Phone Numbers?

Maybe it’s the graphic designer in me that gives me such “attention to detail”. Or maybe I’m just really picky about some things, who knows. All I do know is that there are certain things that drive me nuts. There are a lot of ways of writing the same things, and as a designer there are certain instances of this that I see all the time.

One example is phone numbers. There are three common ways of writing phone numbers, all of which I see on different websites daily. I personally have one way that I stick to, I’ll even take a few extra seconds to change the way somebody else wrote it if I’m on the page. Maybe I’m crazy, I dunno. I figured I’d put it out there to see if anyone else is bothered by having phone numbers written in a different format on the same website, and more importantly I wanted to ask the question:
